Will it actually look like us?
That's the whole point. We work from your real photos, so the world changes the style, not the faces. One clear, front-facing photo per person, with good light and nothing covering the face, gives the best likeness.
What if I don't like it?
You see your portrait before you pay anything, and you get one free try again with the same cast. If it's still not right, you walk away and pay nothing.
How many people can be in one portrait?
Two to five, and pets count as cast members. For bigger groups, make two portraits in the same world so they hang well together.
Can kids be in it?
Yes. Before we make the portrait you confirm that you're the parent or guardian of any child in the photos, or that you have their parent's permission.
Who picks the roles?
We deal a role to everyone based on the story you choose. Each story has its own cast: a romantic comedy has The Ex and The Matchmaker, a heist has The Getaway Driver. You see who plays who before you generate.
What happens to my photos?
They're used to make your portrait and nothing else. We never show them as an example without your written permission, and we delete them after 30 days.
What sizes and paper do you print on?
Three sizes, all in the same 4:5 shape as your portrait, so nothing gets cropped: Desk (8 × 10 in), Wall (16 × 20 in) and Statement (24 × 30 in), on museum-grade matte paper.
How long does shipping take?
Printed within two business days and delivered in five to seven in the US. You get tracking by email the moment it ships.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Add the recipient's address at checkout. The print ships without a receipt or price inside.
